Selection guidance

Is this the right starting point?

Choose this family when

  • The underground route has severe mechanical exposure
  • Additional sheath protection is required around the armour
  • The project specifies a robust multi-layer construction

Confirm before design

  • Approved tensile and crush duty
  • Soil and water-exposure conditions
  • Final sheath materials and overall dimensions

Representative specifications

Project-specific values confirmed by OFS Engineering.

This product family is available for project review. Dimensions, weight and guaranteed mechanical performance are issued only in the approved project TDS after the route and construction are confirmed.

Controlled technical data

Send the installation environment, fibre count, span or route duty and applicable standard. OFS will return the controlled specification for approval.
