Fibre colouring
Identification colours are applied and monitored before the fibre enters the cable construction.
Manufacturing in Bangladesh
One controlled manufacturing route takes each OFS cable from verified raw material to a tested, identified and documented finished drum.

Production flow
Eight linked stages are grouped into three production phases, keeping the complete journey visible without a long page.
Phase 1
Identification colours are applied and monitored before the fibre enters the cable construction.
Fibres are protected inside jelly-filled or dry loose tubes according to the approved design.
Loose tubes are stranded around the central strength member to form a stable, flexible cable core.
Phase 2
The selected construction receives its specified mechanical protection for the intended route.
Inner and outer sheath materials are applied to meet environmental and installation requirements.
Length, product and customer-specific identification is applied during finishing.
Phase 3
Optical and mechanical checks confirm the finished cable against the production requirement.
Cable is wound to the required length, sealed, labelled and prepared with its documentation.
Release discipline
Customer-specific designs remain controlled because the technical basis, production checks and finished-cable release are treated as one connected process.

Before production
Customer requirements are converted into an agreed technical data sheet before the production run is released.
During production
Incoming material and the developing cable are checked at defined points through the manufacturing route.
Before dispatch
Final checks, identification, drum length and dispatch documents are confirmed before shipment.
Product and material work to extend the range and improve performance.
Controlled processes supporting repeatable output and progressive improvement.
Production monitoring backed by technical support for customer requirements.
Specified drum lengths, protective packing and technical reporting where required.
Customer-specific cable
OFS Design can translate the confirmed application, fibre count and mechanical requirements into a technical data sheet for approval.
